Better Walling

All kinds of materials have been used in the past to construct walls and as farms have become bigger and more modernised heavier demands have been placed on these materials. The up to date answer to this problem is the ATLAS PRE-STRESSED 90 THICK CONCRETE WALLING PANEL.

Walls constructed from Atlas Pre-stressed panels are extremely damage resistant with the ability to flex and ride impact from machinery and animals and only under extreme pressure would they show any signs of fatigue.

With a tongue formrd on one edge and a groove formed on the other the panels interlock neatly leaving a 45 degree chamfer on the joint which is filled with a flexible polyurethane sealant to form a clean, smooth surface.

Panels are cast in lengths required by the customer, and are relatively light comparing them to size, therefore most farms have machinery at hand that can cope with installation. All necessary fixtures and fittings are also supplied with the panels i.e. (bolts, plates, mastics etc.) enabling the customer to do the complete installation therefore saving time and considerable expense.

Atlas Pre-stressed panels are so easily installed anybody can do it, no concrete foundation is required as the panels clip straight onto the supporting structure and quite a large shed could be installed in a day at very little cost. This is most cost effective when comparing it to a block wall, where expensive labour needs to be employed over a considerable period of time.

Atlas panels are solidly constructed enabling gates, racks, cubicle frames etc. to be attached straight to the panels with rawl bolts, as a permanent fixture.
