Sizes & Design Flexibility
Panels are available in thicknesses of 95mm, 145mm, 180mm and 280mm, with 145mm and 180mm options available as double load-bearing if required.
Standard production heights include 0.5m, 0.6m, 1.0m, 1.2m and 1.5m. Manufactured on beds up to 84 metres long, panel lengths can vary from 0.5m up to 7+ metres, with common agricultural sizes being 15ft and 20ft. Custom lengths are also available.
Panels feature tongue and groove top and bottom edges for fast installation, strong alignment, and a clean finish. These joints transfer shock loads between panels, reducing damage risk. All joints are sealed with high-performance polyurethane mastic for durable, weatherproof, and easy-to-clean walls.
Strength & Manufacturing
Panels are manufactured using 9.3mm high tensile steel strand wire, tensioned during casting. They achieve 30kN strength after 24 hours and a characteristic strength exceeding 55 N/mm² at 28 days, ensuring long-term structural performance.
