Yes, we offer supply only and supply fit contracts for all our flooring and stair products.
Yes, we have Hollowcore contracts on projects with traditional trick/blockwork, Porotherm clay blocks, steel frames, timber SIP panels and full precast structures.
We can cast to most stairwell designs with different arrangements including full flights, half landings, and flights with integral landings.
The steel reinforcing is tensioned before pouring the concrete into the mould.
Yes, the hollowcore panels can be cut using a petrol driven, diamond disc saw. The panels can be drilled but it is advisable to check the position of the steel strands and avoid drilling these if possible.
The standard wire pattern and cover will provide a minimum one hour fire rating, changes to the cover and wire pattern can increase this to two hours
Yes, we provide drawings in AutoCad format or as a PDF if required.
Yes, we manufacture in compliance with CE marking requirements.
