Due to continuous growth, we are looking to expand our Silloth teams to keep up with customer demand for Hollowcore, TBeams, Wall Panels and Wetcast products.
▪ £14 per hour with overtime rate after 45 hours! ▪ Progression opportunities for candidates with the right attitude!
Duties include: ▪ Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets; ▪ Thoroughly cleaning beds in preparation for the next pour; ▪ Setting up beds accurately to ensure high quality products to customer specifications; ▪ Cleaning aisles and ends of concrete beds to ensure a safe working environment; ▪ Using and maintaining machinery and tools in accordance with training and safe operating procedures to ensure highest standards of safety are maintained at all times; ▪ Being responsible for your own health and safety and that of others at all times.
Requirements: ▪ This is a physically demanding position, therefore candidates should be physically fit; ▪ Strong focus on delivering quality products safely; ▪ A commitment to working as a team to meet daily production targets; ▪ Must have confirmation of reliable transport to our Silloth site; ▪ Must be reactive to feedback and receptive to change; ▪ Forklift experience advantageous although in house training and certification will be arranged.
Successful candidates will be subject to a three month trial period to assess performance and reliability.

Main duties to include: ▪ Loading and unloading wagons; ▪ Moving product around the warehouse safely; ▪ Keeping associated paperwork up to date; ▪ General housekeeping duties.
Requirements ▪ Forklift license and experience. ▪ Experience using hand held scanners preferable, however full training will be given ▪ Good communication skills; ▪ Must be able to work effectively and efficiently under pressure; ▪ Good prioritisation skills; ▪ Must be able to work as part of a team.
The requirement is mainly for day shift working however applicants must be flexible to helping out with some weekend cover when necessary.
